Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site and/or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Payment For Services

Payment for services must be paid on completion of works or according to quote/invoice amounts & payment terms. We accept onsite card payments, online payments, account transfer & cash. If a deposit is required for your booking, it must be paid according to invoice payment terms to make quote valid before commencement of works.

Yard Maintenance

Can include removing debris, picking up branches and leaves, pulling or slashing weeds, trimming any trees or bushes.

Removing Weeds

Weeds grown in paver joins or concrete gaps are cut down by Whipper Snipper to Paving or ground level. Weeds or grass are not removed by hand unless included in job quote.

Doggie Do-do

Always remember, pet waste cleanup is not in your gardener's job description. Please note that an extra fee may be applicable if pet waste is not already removed from the work area prior to our designated arrival. The pet waste may either end up either picked up or simply mowed over. Extra fees apply.

Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on site. For your safety it is best practice to be away from the job site area until job completion (including pets). Power tools, flying debris, poisons and fertilizers and other general tools in use can cause injury/discomfort/damage.

Termination
The Experts | Adelaide reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
